Why Am I Being Charged Tax?

If you'd like to place orders online as tax-exempt, please set up or sign in to your online account at SkyGeek.com, with the email address necessary. You will then have the ability to upload your certificate to your account under the "Tax Exemption" tab. Once you have uploaded your certificate, your account will update so that any orders placed on our website are exempt from your current state sales tax.

Please note that tax exemption status is currently marked at the account level, and is not associated with a company. This means that tax exemption will be linked to the email you are using to log in and place orders. Please make sure you have an account set up, remember to log in before adding items to your cart and that exemption is associated with this email only.

If you see sales tax on your order, please contact us as we want to make sure your email account is flagged with tax exemption prior to placing an order.
