Collect Shipping lets you use your own FedEx or UPS account for billing. To use this option with us, you’ll need an active SkyGeek account with the feature enabled.
âś… How to get started:
• Make sure you have a SkyGeek.com account with us. Collect Shipping isn’t available to guest checkouts.
• This option will not be available at checkout until you, contact us so we can enable it on your account.
đźšš How it works:
• When prompted, you select your carrier, FedEx or UPS and enter your account number.
• The shipping charges will be billed to your account.
• A $7.00 handling fee will apply to each order placed with Collect Shipping.
• Currently, we do not support DHL or other carriers for Collect Shipping.
⚠️Important limitations:
• Not all items may qualify for Collect Shipping with the carrier your account is with.
• For example, hazardous materials (Hazmat) may be limited to one carrier or service.
