SkyGeek is happy to support customers who choose to use a freight forwarder. To help ensure a smooth experience, please review the following important details:
- Air Freight Only: We can prepare shipments for air freight only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate sea freight packaging or documentation.
- Same Day Ship Guarantee: Orders shipping via a freight forwarder are not eligible for Same Day Ship Guarantees. If this option is selected, it will be removed and/or refunded.
- Dangerous Goods Documentation: IATA Dangerous Goods paperwork must match the shipping address on your order. It cannot be prepared for a different address, so your forwarder will need to pick up the order from our New York State warehouse.

Shipping to Your Forwarder (within the U.S.): If you'd like us to ship your order to a U.S.-based freight forwarder:
- Please let us know in the “Comments” section at checkout.
- If not notified at the time of order, reprocessing fees may apply.
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs and freight forwarder fees.
- An international destination address is required.
- We cannot accept shipping labels; you’ll need to provide a shipping account or pay SkyGeek directly for shipping.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying their freight forwarder directly, as well as any duties, taxes, or broker fees that may be applied to your shipment.
- Shelf-Life Notice: While we do our best to ship fresh products, we can’t guarantee shelf life at the time of pickup.
- Freight Forwarding Fee: Once you confirm use of a freight forwarder, the $250.00+ fee applied at checkout becomes non-refundable.
- Changes After Order Is Ready: If changes are needed after your order is marked “ready,” a repackaging fee of $250.00 or more may apply, depending on the order size.
- Complete Shipment Policy: Orders are released as one complete shipment. Partial pickups can be arranged upon request, but additional fees will apply.
- Pickup Timeline: Orders should be picked up within 14 days of notification. After that, storage fees may be charged and must be paid before release.
- Separate Orders: Two separate orders cannot be combined under one forwarding fee. They can be picked up together, but are processed and billed individually.
- Weights & Dimensions: We’ll provide final weights and dimensions once your order is ready for pickup. These details cannot be provided in advance.
- Bill of Lading (BOL) Required: Once your order is ready for pickup, it will not be released to your freight forwarder without a Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the freight company.
