Why do I have to fill out an End User Statement form?

SkyGeek Logistics, Inc. is committed to verifying the end use of certain products to ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations as governed by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) within the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

When necessary, we will send an End User Statement form to the email address provided with your order. Please note that we cannot proceed with orders requiring this form until it is completed, returned, and reviewed. All sections of the form must be legible and filled out in English.
