Can I pick up my order?

We do offer to pick up at our Pilot Shop but orders will need to be placed online and we do require 24 hours to prepare your order. A customer service rep will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Notice: You must note in the “comments” box at check out that your order is for “Pilot Shop Pick Up”. Shipping will need to be paid up front but will be refunded soon after we receive the order.


If the item is not in stock in our New York (NY) Warehouse, the item will need to process with its lead time noted on the product page of the website before it can be picked up.

Unfortunately, we are not set up to handle walk-in traffic to our warehouses. We are an online web company that strictly ships orders from our warehouses right to your door.

Some of the common SkyGeek items, but not all, are available at the Pilot Shop at Sky Acres Airport (44N).
