I received a defective or incorrect item. Do I have to pay to ship it back?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Before returning any merchandise, please complete the SkyGeek.com Return Form, this form will begin the process for the items you are returning.
