Why is a credit card authorization needed for my purchase?

For certain orders, for example if your shipping address is different than the billing address, we require a completed credit card authorization. This is a safeguard to protect you against fraudulent or unauthorized use of your credit card.  

To authorize your card, please download and complete our credit card authorization form. Print this form, since we do require you cardholder signature where indicated.

Email this completed form along with two photocopies of the front and back of your card to service@skygeek.com, or fax to (845)677-6252. Once we verify your information we can complete your order.

(Note: We reserve the right to verify the provided information with the issuing bank of your credit card.  And check out our Privacy Policy if you have any concerns.)
