My package is stuck in transit. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once a package has left our warehouse and is on the truck, our hands are tied. Luckily, our shipping partners can help more with lost or stalled items.

  • For FedEx deliveries, call 1-800-GO-FEDEX for help
  • For UPS deliveries, call 1-800-PICK-UPS 

If your shipping partner isn't able to help, please get in touch with our support team and we'll see if we can help.

Please Note: We will do all we can to help, but FedEx or UPS will want to have spoken with you personally, the recipient, before hearing from us, the shipper. So please be kind enough to go ahead and make that toll-free call (trust us, just hit "0" repeatedly to get through to a human being) and ask them about the package. Once it has left our location it is considered your package, which is why they want to talk to you first.
