When can I expect a response to an email I've written to SkyGeek?

We respond to all emails M-F, 9am-5pm EST. During big sales or high demand, our customer support team can be a bit backed up. If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us, wait a few days before sending a second inquiry. We guarantee a response to all emails we receive.

Some email providers could potentially mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. To avoid this in the future, simply add service@skygeek.com to your safe contact list or your email address book.
